Deben House
Deben House is an attractive, red-brick, four-storey building with a large basement. Situated between Old Market and Lawrence Hill, it has an unusual triangular shape, giving the rooms a variety of shapes and sizes. Deben House is located in a prominent position at the junction of Clarence Road and Lawrence Hill with return frontage to both roads. There is access to the building from Old Market, an up-and-coming, bohemian area of the city with a rich history.
