Finance Administrator - Letting Agency
Bruntsfield, Edinburgh
Part Time £7.50 per hour
We are a fast growing, dynamic Letting Agency within the Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh. We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our busy team as a vital Part time member of staff.
Position
As the Finance Administrator you will be dealing with day to day accounts, recording payments on behalf of landlords and tenants. Answering calls, creating and responding to emails and handling walk-in enquiries.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and takes great pride in their work with a desire to make a positive contribution, assisting the company to be the best within the industry.
This is an all-encompassing positions offering great diversity within a number of tasks and responsibilities. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer care so it is vital you have great communication skills, great interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.

Skills and Experience
• Previous Book keeping skills ESSENTIAL.
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritise, Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work on your own using your own initiative to resolve issues.
• Previous office experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, etc.
Remuneration
For this position working hours are 25 hours per week, Mon – Fri 12.00pm to 5.00pm; with a view to increasing this in future.
