Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, innovative and highly motivated Baker.
Taking full responsibility for small baking team, baked menu, rota, training and product development, you will be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and will have baking autonomy!
We are open 7 days and early mornings will be required as normal.
Good salary + possible shares opportunity in time.

Min 45 hrs per week
Reporting to the two owners
Immediate start possible; 3 month probation period
You need to be experienced, presentable and be able to work tidily in open bakery; this is a serious opportunity for the ambitious and motivated baker in a fresh environment with excellent growth and equity opportunities. Definitely not for jobsworths, has-beens or desk jockeys!
