Bar Manager/Manageress

Reporting to the owner you will be responsible for running the day to day operation of our busy 17th century free house, you will need to be a driven individual who is focused on customer service whilst continuing to drive the business forward. previous experience in the retail trade is essential as your duties will include amongst others management of bar/ restaurant staff, stock control & generally managing the front of house operations

You will be expected to work 48 hours per week on a split shift basis, In return you will receive a salary in the region of 18k p/a plus Bonus scheme and share of customer tips with 20 days annual leave. live in could be available to the right candidate.
