Selling my trailer tent and large awning as we have out grown it and have brought a caravan. The tent itself is in good condition. There is some mildew on the roof of both the tent and awning but is not damp or mold. It has been waterproofed twice within the last year. There are under bed sleeping compartments to make it a 6 berth but only one is set up and the other one would need to be set up. There is no proper cooker in the tent but I will leave the double burner in you'll just need to get some gas. There will also be a toilet and toilet tent included.there may be a few extra thing included when I sorted it out. It has electric hook up Collection on on the weekends as I work away all week.
