Princess 37 Y hull( semi displacement)

We have owned this boat for the last 10 years, last year we decided to remove the starboard engine cylinder head to replace the valve guides and a general upgrade, the company that carried out the work unfortunately supplied the wrong head gasket, subsequently the top end suffered damaged due to the lack of lubrication.

The engines are standard six cylinder Ford Mermaid and parts or replacement engines are readily available, a competent mechanic should easily fix or replace the engine.

The boat is moored at Dochgarroch, which is just outside Inverness on the Caledonian Canal.
Scottish Canals will not allow the transfer of the mooring to anyone so the buyer will have to move the boat to another location.

The boat has two cabins and sleeps seven with two in the main cabin, two heads one of them en suite, it has a fully equipped galley with a three ring gas hob, microwave and fridge.
All cutlery, crockery and cooking implements are included.

The boat has a current boat safety certificate for the canals and can been seen at any time . She has mainly been used in the canal system but we have had her up and down the west coast on several occasions.
She is a great boat but needs someone to look after her from now on
