Description
This tri-ply frying pan has copper on the outside, stainless steel on the inside and a central aluminium layer which spreads the heat quickly between these 2 layers. This construction gives the pan superior heat conductivity so that heat is distributed evenly across the base of the pan and up the sides It also makes the pan suitable for all hobs except induction.
The rivets on the handle ensures that the handle remains firm and, for extra safety, does not conduct heat from the pan. The cast stainless steel handles also have a hanging hole, enabling the pan to be hung from a hook / pan rack.
The pan is in excellent overall condition with minimal wear inside and out. Manufactured by the prestigious Stellar cookware brand, it is bound to give many years of satisfaction.
