Attractive small antique victorian mahogany hall table writing desk.

A lovely small victorian mahogany hall table writing desk. We date this hall table/desk to the late 19th century.

The table sits on four long slender well turned legs.

The main table is oblong in shape the front of the table is fitted with a long drawer.

The drawer is fitted with a turned wood handle with a mother of pearl insert.

The hall table desk has a height of 29" (74cm), with a width of 34.5" (88cm) and a depth of 17" (43cm).

This lovely victorian mahogany hall table desk remains in good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are a few minor marks and areas of wear to the lower frame and a few minor indentations from past use.

This remains a stylish and elegant mahogany table which could function as a side or hall table or as a small writing desk. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
