My name's Vicky and im a fully qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor based in the heart of Cardiff. I currently work out of a small private gym in Roath and offer a comprehensive personal training service which is designed to be flexible in both approach and cost.
Personal training is often seen as a luxury but my belief is it should be affordable to all who need that little extra help getting to their goals be it weight loss, improved fitness or training for an event!
I have round the clock access to the gym where you can train at a time that suits you regardless of the time day or night. Bring one friend or more and split the cost. With discounts given on group training as well as block purchases there is no better time to improving your health!
