Self Employed Property Agent Required
Mutual Property Services are expanding our property network and are looking for self-employed property agents to assist in this expansion. The right property agents will get access to everything they need to help develop the property business with all back office support required, this includes:
• Office space
• Software
• Training
• Mentoring scheme
• To Let Boards
• Property Portals
• Legal Advice (if and when required)
• Access to SAL (Scottish Association of Landlords)
• Quarterly Property Inspections
• A maintenance contact centre
In return the property agent will be responsible for realising their contacts by bringing properties and landlords to our network, for each property you successfully advertise, let and arrange a tenancy you will be paid 4% of the ongoing monthly management commission and our back office will take care of the day to day letting, allowing you to concentrate on building your letting network and bring in more money for yourself.
