Double room available from the middle of September for young working female. The room is light and comfortable and there is full access to the lounge and kitchen. The other occupant in the flat is a young working female - it is important you can get on as flatmates so this will be a factor in the process. The bathroom has been newly kitted out and the bedroom newly decorated. There is flexibility on length of lease, but minimum of six months is preferred although shorter durations will be considered. If weekly rental is preferred it would be charged at £100 per week. The flat is fully furnished and the furniture was all replaced in June so all excellent condition. Electricity and council tax etc are all included in the rental price. Details of work and references may be required.
