Hello guys, I've a small single room to rent in a nice, quiet and peaceful flat, close to transport and shops.
The flat has a garden and is fully furnished with 42" plasma TV, fully equipped induction hub kitchen, wireless broadband, Washing Machine, etc etc.
All the bills are included as well as the internet connection and council tax.
One month deposit and one month in advance is required and is not subject to contract.
Nobody smoke in here so we're preferably looking for a non smoking working female.
