I have a room available and am looking for a flatmate. The flat is part of a new build complex in Corstorphine and is on the 26 bus route. The bedroom is a double and fully furnished. The flat is always kept clean and tidy, so it would be good to share with someone who is quite house proud as well!
Bit about me - i'm 24 and work in the city centre in Finance. Spend my time going to the gym and going out with friends for dinner/drinks - the usual stuff. I'm easy going and easy to get along with.
Rent is £440 plus bills.
