Hello.
I am looking for a flat that will help me in my medical recovery, rehabilitation and for the long-term.
I will be a reliable tenant - I am a previous home owner and a company director (references available).
I will live on my own. My eldest lives in his own home down south, 2 of my children are at the Univeristy of Edinburgh (MSc and 4th year), living in their own flats and my youngest is in secondary school in Germany.
I am ready to move in and have my own furniture.
I like to keep my home clean and hygienic.
non-smoker.
My family have grown up not wearing outdoor shoes indoors.
Preferred areas:
Near Warrender Swim Centre: Marchmont/ Grange
Near Glenogle Swim Centre: Colonies
Critical is minimal traffic noise for my recovery.
Due to my disability my son, Max, has offered to be the point of contact.
