I am in need of a 2-3 bedroom house in the Hythe/Folkestone/New Romney/Ashford area.

I am a single male and full time carer to my two nephews. One house trained well behaved dog.

I work full time as self employed computer programmer and also a Director of a newly formed company. Due to having to reduce my working hours because I have taken care of my nephews I will Possibly claim HB but I am able to cover all rent without that. As I will start getting £1300 a month allowance from KCC shortly on top of my own earnings and tax credits.

I am able to get a guarantor who has excellent credit rating and earns £40k+ PA.
