Vincenzo and Dean here.

We our two professionals living in Birmingham.
We are thinking of relocating to Bristol but would like to have our own place there to make a slow transition.
We both work in Birmingham and will continue to in Birmingham until the new year. So this situation would be a home away from home.

We are willing to pay £325 maybe more for a double room which is pretty good considering there we will probably only be there half the time if that.
Or
£600 for a flat.
Please no agents!
We are willing of course to pay a deposit but we are not interested in dealing with anyone who wants to charges ridiculous application fees.
