Hi I am selling my Suzuki TL1000R, 1998 - Mot'd till 7/9/16, This is a very unique bike a one of a kind, the bike has been previously owned and heavily modified by the Tryphonos engineering
which spend a lot of time on this bike,
some of the modifications included a hand made 2 into 1 exhaust system (very very loud!!!!!) , Ohlins rear shock absorber and steering damper , lightweight clip ons , lightweight brakes brackets, the rear seat is also handmade based on the old RS 250 GP bike , with a very light and strong aluminium subframe created on purpose for the bike, the main obsession of his previous owner was saving weight !
at the end He save something like 30+ Kilos from this TLR, genuine reason for sale, I serviced the bike about 10 miles ago and also fitted brand new front & rear Bridgestone Battlax tyres and a new alternator & rectifier. The bike also has a camera to the rear (only a parking camera it dosent record) hence why there is no mirrors, the bike is not for the faint hearted, being a twin it is very powerful, the tank could do with a polish there is a few fuel marks, any questions please ring / txt / email, £2000 ono any silly offers will be ignored many thanks
