Swap 3 BED House in Borders for 3 BED HOUSE in Oban or further North

I have a 3 Bed house in Galashiels.In the outside pic mine is the one on the right. Looking to swap for a 3 Bed Bungalow OR House that is really quiet, as rural / secluded as possible with a decent back yard. OBAN and NORTH
This house is a new build. On the ground floor it has a Kitchen, a living room that has french door out to the fully fenced back garden with a lockable gate to the side garden. Still on the ground floor it has a shower room with a toilet. The first floor has a single bedroom and a double bedroom with built in robes, still on the first floor it has a full size bathroom with a second toilet. The second floor is one huge double bedroom which currently has a fridge freezer, a king size bed and a three seater couch and a coffee table, so it can be more like a studio up there.
The is a bus stop within walking distance and 3 minutes on the bus you're in the middle of the heart of the Borders with a giant 24 hour Tesco AND Asda and also the train to anywhere in the UK really but most people just get to Edinburgh in 15 - 20 minutes.Also there are primary schools and secondary schools and a college, health centers / doctors, dentists etc.... There is no driveway but an allocated parking directly opposite the house which is in a street that is more or less a large cul de sac.
