You have your own single bedroom and exclusive use of your own shower room/toilet. Shared use of the lounge and large kitchen diner, with ample space for your own food etc. You don't need to provide your own crockery and cutlery, and the supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher are provided at no extra charge. Free wifi and HD tv. The utilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You will be sharing this flat with one other male and two very friendly and well behaved greyhounds. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month, and if you are successful in securing a room in this flat, the first monthly rental payment must include a deposit equivalent to one month's rental i.e. £560. The first trial month lets us both see if it works for both of us (and the dogs), and if it does, then the room can be taken on for the longer term. Terms are an all inclusive monthly rent of £560 per calendar month, plus a refundable deposit of £560. A month's notice of giving up the room is required on both sides.
