I have for rent a small single room in a 4 bedroom, two bathroom, all female, student flat.
The room is a single room. The flat is located 5 minutes walk from George square and is on the free bus route to Edinburgh University's Kings Building.
The room has a wardrobe, desk and chair and of course a single bed with recently a replaced mattress.
The flat has a modern central heating system, is doubles glazed and has WiFi - is fully HMO licensed by Edinburgh City Council - among other things this means that it has Gas and Electricity safety certificates. There is also a small back garden.
To rent this room you must be a full time student with a UK university. and preferably have a UK guarantor.
You would be sharing with three female Phd. students student, who are renting for the full year. Ideally you will be a female MSc. or Phd. student and also interested in renting for the full year. I'm sorry but I will not consider short term lets.
The rent is £300/cm + bills. The bills will be shared with the three others and will be from £25 in the summer months to around £35 in the winter.
The flat is strictly non smoking.
