Single bedroom in student accomodation for August

Description
Hi there,
I'm moving out of my lovely room in the Mansion Student accomodation. Usually one person lives in it, but since there is a double bed in can be shared as well! The room includes a sink, double bed, spacious wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair! I would be happy to leave my lamps too, if you want!
You will share 2 bathrooms and the kitchen (fully equipped, also with sofas and TV) with a maximum of 5 other students. There is a cleaning lady coming 1 a week too!
The flat is not far from the city centre, shopping and leisure facilities!
The only restriction there is for renting the room is that you must be a student!
