hi I'm looking for a long term let around the Southend area .I'm a 34 year old single man with no children, I work full time as a carpenter and I have a house trained and obedient dog. I have a deposit and am prepared to pay a retainer for peace of mind for my dog with any potential landlord . I'm seeking a 1 or 2 bed anywhere between southend and grays be it a flat,bungalow,house or static home from mid august. I'm currently lodging and my landlord is happy to speak to any perspective landlords on the dogs behaviour.
