One more student to make up a 4

We are 3 students who are looking for someone to come and join us to make up a 4 for a house share. We already have the house sorted and deposit has been paid just need someone to come and take the single room. It's not the biggest single room in the world but has plenty of storage and for only £320 (£20 a month bills included) it's an absolute bargain. Applicants must be students either at UWE, University of Bristol, or HE students at SGS College like the rest of us in order to not pay council tax. Tenancy starts from the 1st of August and is 12 months long with people in the house getting first refusal on staying there again next year.
