Cleaning Contracts Manager - Teesside/North East
Description
We are a family owned and run commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced contract manager, reporting to Director level.
The area covered will be the North East.
A company vehicle is provided for business use.
You must have substantial experience at manager level in a small to medium sized cleaning business and a demonstrable track record of generating new business. You should also be willing to adopt a hands on role when this is required.
You must have a full driving licence.
You must have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. It is a pre-requisite that you will be IT literate.
You should be a team player and capable of working on your own initiative.

Salary £19-24k, along with a client retention bonus of 3% of salary.
