Chef Full-Time Needed Start Immediately

We are looking for a chef to work on a full-time basis, in our café located in a prime location of the old town of Edinburgh.

Shift Patterns in summer: 9am to 6 pm or 3 pm to 10.30pm
Shift in winter: 9am to 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook with fresh seasonal ingredients for breakfast and lunch service

• Ensures that all food deliveries are complete and accurate noting any discrepancies

• Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times

• Follows established controls to minimize food and supply waste and theft.

• Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.

• Perform other duties as directed.
