Description
A great wee, cheap and cheerful caravan (nearly) ready to go.
It had a leaking roof vent. That has now been sealed and no water is coming in.
The floor was spongy, so I cut out the bad bit then used the proper resin and new ply. Not sure if the photos show the repair. I'll try to do one later to show this. You'll need to put in a carpet.
It needs a pressure washer clean really. In the photo of the rear, you can see that one side is cleaner. That was just 5 minutes with a brush, so the rest of the gunk will easily come off.
I replaced the broken lights with LEDs. So you'll have less hassle than dodgy bulbs!
I bought this and had intended to turn one end into a wetroom area. Where I'm going, I need a shower and this one doesn't have one. It does have:
4 berths. Larger seating/bed one end
Cooker with grill and oven
Kitchen sink - and a bathroom sink ( seen folded up in end pic)
Three way fridge
An awning
Water pump
Stabiliser
A gas cylinder - it's empty though but the deposit is the most expensive part of buying gas, so that'll save money. I couldn't fire up any of the appliances because of this but they look ok. I am NOT a qualified gas engineer, so that's just my opinion.
Lots of bits and pieces like plates etc that were in the van when I bought it.
Send a message with your number and I'll get back to you. No silly offers please. It might be old but it has had a bit of work done and should last a while longer.
