An opportunity to become assistant bar manager at the kirkhouse bar & kitchen. We are looking for a passionate driven and hardworking person with an eye for detail to maintain high standards. The ideal applicant must have previous experience in a high volume food and drink unit and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas: Recruiting,training and supervising staff. Manage budgets,maintaining stats and financial records. Planing events and bookings.Handling customer complaints and queries. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and licensing laws.
