We Have a double room available in a 4 bedroom house. The rent is 300 pounds per month including of all bills (wireless broadband, heating, electricity, council tax, water, TV license etc). There is a short cut to Nottingham town and literally it takes you 5 min to Victoria Leisure Centre, Snenton Market, Bath Street and 10 Min to Lace Market, Capital FM Arena/Oceanna Club, 15 min to Victoria Shopping Centre. The house has a beautiful view towards the farm, you can see through your window pony, cows, ducks etc. it is attraction visited daily by people.
As landlords we make sure that we provide the same conditions to tenants as the one we wish to live in. Therefore the house is ALWAYS warm, clean, quite and a wonderful place to live.
We pay for a cleaner to come once per week and clean all shared areas such as bathroom&toilets, kitchen and dinning area, corridors, windows etc.
We also buy toilet paper, washing up liquids, soaps, bin bags (all shared stuff) and there are included in your rent.
All rooms have brand new furniture, laminated floor, new rugs.
