We have 2 rooms available in our large 4 bed Townhouse!
We are currently 2 girls looking for 2 people to complete our house.
We are looking for professionals who are friendly, easy-going and sociable.
Both rooms are on the top floor. The first is the master bedroom with en suite. This is a great size room with built in wardrobes and excellent storage. The second is a very good-sized double room with excellent storage. The person in the second room will share a bathroom with one other person.
The living room and kitchen are large and are fully furnished with everything inc. dishwasher. The living room has also just been freshly painted.
We have Broadband and Sky (all normal channels plus sports). Lastly, there is a nice sized garden, a garage which we use for storage and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
10 mins to centre of Cardiff (St Mary's St/Queen St), 10 mins to Pontcanna & 5 mins to Canton.
Rent for the master room is £400 per month and the second bedroom is £350. Bills are additional and are fixed at £100pm per room.
