1 year old ginger cat looking for a new loving home

We unfortunately have to find a new forever home for our cat Dexter he is 1 years old, Birthday 4th of Oct. He's a lovely ginger short haired tabby cat, he has been chipped neutered and is up to date with all immunisations and is registered with vets 4 pets.
We have a new baby and we really can't give him the time he needs.
Dexter is a very playful cat and his favourite things to do are chase the laser pen, run around after his toy mouse, or just just hide in a cardboard box.
The ideal home would be one where we can have little update now and then to find out how he's getting on, he's been kept mostly as a house cat but I think he would benifit a garden to have a wonder.
He will go to to a good home only so please message me and i can decide where i think is best for him to go.
He will come with all his things. Cat litter box, cat tree, toys, cat carrier and some food. We have asked a small price to ensure he goes to a good home. Thanks
